In today’s generation there is a growing number of youth and young adults that are either falling through the cracks at school or are already engaged with the juvenile court system or the department of corrections.

Generation Transformed partners with local agencies to identify youth and young adults who will likely experience or is currently experiencing a turbulent transition to being a teenager or young adult. This program will offer a positive support system to your agency and the youth or young adult you serve in an effort to avoid those destructive habits that can derail their life.
